Bodywork
Using various techniques, based on the need of the client. The Therapist may use Swedish, Deep Tissue, Stretches, Trigger Point and Reflexology. Among other modalities to help relax and sooth aching muscles. Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
Chair massage
Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and to focus on a problem area, like neck or back. If you don’t have time for a full massage session, a Chair Massage is a great option. Just have a seat and relax.
reflexology
A unique method to stimulate the nerve endings in the feet, hands and ears. The nerve endings correspond to all parts of the body. No need to get undressed. Hot towels will be used on the feet.
skincare services
A rejuvenating treatment for hands or feet using warm paraffin wax to deeply moisturize, soften, and soothe the skin. Ideal for dry skin or joint pain relief.

PRIVACY: All personal and medical information is kept strictly confidential. It is used only to deliver safe, customized care. We do not sell or share any client data with third parties.
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY: To ensure fairness to all clients and staff, the following policy applies: Clients must provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, and no-shows, will be charged a fee. Clients with multiple violations may lose booking privileges.
LATE ARRIVALS: Late arrivals will receive the remaining portion of their session. The full session fee still applies. Clients arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes late without notice may be marked as a no-show and charged a fee.
CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR: All clients are expected to behave respectfully and professionally throughout their visit. Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Verbal, physical, or sexual misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session. Therapists may end a session at any time if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe. Violations may result in permanent denial of services.
CONSENT OF TREATMENT / INTAKE FORM is required for service. You can fill this out in person before your massage, or save time by completing it online. An email will be sent to you with a link.
